Audit Manager (Banking sector)

The Role As an Audit Manager you will be involved in the management of audit service delivery to top tier Russian and international financial service clients. Assignment will include: - Planning, execution and completion of audits of financial institutions - Auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and in some cases also Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) in compliance with international auditing standards - Providing on the job coaching to junior team members (there is also an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of internal and external structured training) - Consulting on the preparation/review of IFRS financial statements/consolidated financial statements, including consulting on the conversion of financial statements from RAS to IFRS - Internal control recommendations and board reports, technical issues, risk management, marketing and practice development - Implementing efficient project management and budget execution (time, resources, outsourcing budget) - Ad-hoc projects will also comprise on average 25% of your chargeable time. Education and experience - University Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting - 5+ years of experience in audit and accounting in banking sector - ACCA/CPA or similar qualification is a must - Sound knowledge of IFRS and Russian Accounting Standards - Good working knowledge of the English language (both oral and written) - Extensive computer skills - Excellent team leader and player able to supervise a group of people and deliver outstanding results - Career-committed and well-motivated for both personal and professional growth
